By clicking Account Access/Bill Pay on our website, you can use an electronic check, debit card, or credit card to make a secure payment.
After signing in, you can also view your bill and see bill and payment history.
The ‘My Usage’ section provides graphs and information that can be used to analyze past and current usage.
Pay by Mail
Send your bill stub along with a check or money order to BGMU, P.O. Box 10360, Bowling Green, KY 42102-0360.
Pay in Person
Our main office is located at 801 Center Street.
You may come inside, use the drive-thru, or drop a payment in the night depository.
Pay Using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Your payment will be drafted on the bill’s due date.
You will receive a bill marked, “Bank Draft – Do Not Pay.”

Levelized Payments
Levelized payments smooth out heavy consumption/billing months in summer and winter.
Payments are based on actual metered consumption of the current month and previous eleven months.
