Municipal Utilities requests proposals from interested licensed collection
agencies to provide contract collection services for delinquent utility
accounts.

company will be required to enter into an agreement and abide by the agreement
terms and conditions set forth therein.
The starting date for work under the contract would be April 1, 2010.
All proposals must be
received in the Bowling Green Municipal Utilities office before 3:00 PM,
February 16, 2010. All
proposals must be received in a sealed envelope marked ‘"PROPOSAL – DEBT
COLLECTION SERVICES " prior to opening. The actual response
should be placed in a separate sealed envelope inside this outer sealed

accept the lowest proposal or lowest evaluated proposal. All evaluations of responses shall be
conducted with consideration of the following criteria: Cost,
Qualifications/Experience, and Past Record with BGMU, References, Timelines,
Compliance with Specifications, Quality of Materials, Financial Stability, and
Compliance with Law.

IDENTITY CONFIRMATION
SERVICE
Bowling Green
Municipal Utilities (BGMU) requests proposals for Identity Confirmation Service
for its Customer Services Department.
BGMU is interested in acquiring an instant reporting service which is
capable of providing its Customer Service personnel the ability to check
identity, check for delinquent remittance activity and the ability to check for
outstanding bills.
Full specifications
of the contractual agreement are enclosed. Successful company will be required
to enter into an agreement and abide by the agreement terms and conditions set
forth therein. The projected
starting date for work under the contract would be April 1, 2010. The one year contract shall be eligible
for two one year renewals. Each
renewal shall be based on a performance review which shall be conducted prior to
the any renewal decision. Any
renewal shall be agreed upon 60 days prior to the expiration of the existing
contract.
