BGMU's Diversity Committee was created at the request of the BGMU Board and management to promote diversity and equity within our organization. Our mission is to assist BGMU to develop, implement, and revise procedures aimed at promoting diversity and providing employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, or military status.

BGMU is committed to providing opportunities for employment to the diverse community for which we provide electric, water, wastewater, and high-speed commercial data services.
