BGMU's Diversity Committee was created to promote diversity and equity within our organization. Our mission is to assist BGMU to develop, implement, and revise procedures aimed at promoting diversity and providing employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, or military status.
