To apply for service, come by our Customer Service Department located at 801 Center Street. We require that you show photo identification and give your social security number at time of application. During normal Utility business hours, there is a connection fee of $35.00 for electric and $30.00 for water/sewer services to be paid at time of application. After hours application fees are $60.00 per service and billed on the customer’s next utility bill. Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
 
For commercial customers a deposit is required at time of application. The amount of the deposit (normally two months' average bill) varies depending upon the business' electrical load requirements. For more details, contact our Customer Service Supervisor.
